As a Canadian Diplomat living in Manila for the past 2 years we have found it to be very difficult to find accommodation that offered my family safety and security in a comfortable surroundings. My children enjoy the fact that they can use the pool and sports facilities without our constant supervision and restaurants and shops are just outside the lovely grounds of Serendra 1. I always stay in hotels every time I'm in Manila just because I want to have the same amenities back home. This is my first time to rent a condo and it definitely won't be the last. Manila Lettings made it easy for me to book and pay for the accommodations via email and PayPal. The unit was a lot bigger than most hotel suites and have all the amenities you can think of, plus it includes a dedicated free parking. Security was top notch and all personnel were friendly and courteous. Location in One Serendra is perfect since it is close to lots of great places to dine and shop. My husband and I stayed in this spacious one-bedroom condo in Serendra for 3 weeks last February. We had a wonderful time staying at this condo as it's conveniently located near Market Market and right downstairs is the Piazza where all the trendy restaurants are and amenities you can think of. It's better than staying in a condotel or those five-star hotels. I would strongly recommend this as a reasonable place to stay on your next vacation.
